Flatbread with Pear, Ricotta, Hot Honey & Rocket

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Spread ricotta over the flatbreads or pizza bases. Top with the sliced pears and place into the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the pears soften slightly and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
  3. Remove from the oven and finish with rocket, a drizzle of hot honey, sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  4. Slice and serve immediately.
