Tim Lam, the owner of Garden Fresh and Five Seasons Fresh, started his career in the fresh produce industry in 2001 in his brother’s store in Morley. Now he has 6 Five Seasons Fresh Stores in Hillarys, Belmont, Harrisdale, Innaloo, Riverton and Melville. Five Seasons Fresh and Garden Fresh is a family affair, with Tim’s wife and younger brother all taking an active role in the daily operation of the stores.   At Garden Fresh, Tim and all his staff are always focused on providing the freshest produce available to their customers. Tim prides himself on having the best quality fruit and vegetables in the area, always available at a competitive price – and with plenty of regular specials for even greater savings.   Additionally, he invests heavily in the training of his staff, making sure that they are always equipped to provide customers with the best possible service, helpful answers to any questions they have about the produce available, and smart suggestions and ideas for incorporating more fruit and vegetables into meals and snacks every day of the week.
