Mitolo Family Farms and A better choice! Display Competitions Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition begins on 23 March 2026 at 12:00am (AEST) and closes on 23 April 2026 at 11:59pm (AEST).
  2. Entry is open to independent fruit and vegetable retailers in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA who purchase Mitolo Family Farms Low Carb, Mashing, Chipping or Royal Blue potatoes from Central Wholesale Market Traders in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA.
  3. To enter, create a Mitolo Family Farms display in your store (using the Mitolo Family Farms branded 1.5kg packs only), showcasing the potatoes and the competition point of sale provided, and scan the QR code on the DL brief to upload a photo of your display
  4. Displays may also be uploaded to Instagram/Facebook using #mitolofamilyfarmscomp and tagging @abetterchoice and @mitolofamilyfarms.
  5. Entries will be judged by a panel of A better choice! team members to determine the best displays, based on creativity, visual appeal, and effective showcasing of Mitolo Family Farms products and the provided competition point of sale.
  6. Judging will occur within 14 days of competition closing. Winners will be notified by an A better choice! representative.
  7. One winner will be chosen across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA.
  8. The retailer with the best display will win a personal cooking demonstration in their store with Callum Hann.
  9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  10. By entering, participants grant Mitolo Family Farms and A better choice! permission to use their entry images for promotional purposes.
  11. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. A better choice! (and/or its nominated agents) retains sole discretion over its prize winner selection criteria, and the choice of prize winners it selects. Entrants have no rights to challenge A better choice!’s decisions in this regard, and all selections are final. Mitolo Family Farms and A better choice! have no control over the Facebook and Instagram platforms. In the event of any technical issue, irregularity, or user error with either the Facebook or Instagram platforms. Neither A better choice! nor Mitolo Family Farms is liable for any entries that are not reviewed and/or considered, or any messages to or from winners that are not delivered or received.
  12. A better choice! retains the right to amend, update, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any stage during the competition without prior notice, provided such amendments do not materially disadvantage entrants.
  13. By entering this competition, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your store’s information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.abetterchoice.com.au/privacy-policy. This may include limited disclosure of details such as your store name and contact information to A better choice! committee members and participating A better choice! retailers for the purposes of administering the competition (e.g. verifying entries and awarding prizes).
