Erbacher's Fruit and Vegetables is a cherished family-owned business on the Sunshine Coast, trading since 1965. Founded by Eric and Thelma Erbacher, it is currently operated by second and third-generation family members. The store takes pride in employing extended family members and local staff, some of whom have been with them for nearly 20 years.
For over 40 years, Erbacher's has been committed to providing the freshest, highest quality fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices. Passionate about supporting local growers, they source locally whenever possible and even grow over 20 different fresh herbs and vegetables themselves.
"We also grow a lot of our own produce throughout the year, including over 20 different fresh herbs, strawberries, kale, shallots, silverbeet, brussels sprouts, cabbage, corn and more. All other fresh produce that we are unable to source locally is sourced from the Brisbane Produce Market in Rocklea, where our full load semi-trailer will go 3 to 4 times a week to restock on fresh fruit and vegetables."
