In 2007, with no prior experience, Gurjinder began his journey in a fruit shop in Oxley. Over seven years, he honed his skills in selecting the best produce, developing a keen eye for quality. By 2014, he was ready to open his first store, Pine Plaza Fruit World in Sunnybank.
Recognising the high demand for local produce, Gurjinder successfully launched a second store, Fruit World in Alexandra Hills, in 2017. Committed to providing top-notch produce at very competitive prices, he personally visits the Brisbane Produce Market from Monday through to Friday to handpick the freshest produce items for his stores.
Gurjinder values knowledge sharing and invests time in training his staff to ensure excellent customer service. At Fruit World, every customer is greeter warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Weekly specials are advertised every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in the local newspaper, the Redland City Bulletin.
