John started at a very young age, and has over 15 years in the fresh produce industry, so he understands the difference that using the very best, freshest ingredients can make to a dish. Visiting Brisbane Produce Markets three times a week, John personally handpicks all items for his store.
It’s his attention to detail and focus on his customers that has helped John to run a successful businesses in the past - something his customers really appreciate, and it is why they love coming to his new and improved store. John says he enjoys introducing the next generation to an exciting and delicious range of fruit and vegetables they may not yet have encountered, and giving them advice on how to store and cook the produce to create delicious meals.
