Rosalie Gourmet Market, is family-run boutique food hall. Having worked for many years in the financial sector in the city of London, Rae was excited for the opportunity to be at the helm of one of Brisbane's most iconic delis. It was in the amazing markets in London, and in particular the Borough Market, that Rae developed her love and understanding of fresh, unique, hard to find, delicious, and gourmet ingredients and products making her a perfect choice to take over the custodianship of the Deli.
With an extensive range of over 3,000 products, including many of those hard-to-find and specialty items (such as edible flowers, fresh winter truffles, freeze dried raspberries and hundreds of different herbs), they are a one-stop shop for your gourmet cooking needs and are proud of their reputation as Brisbane's go to store for those hard to find ingredients. They also offer free in-store tastings every Saturday.
They are firm believers that local shops should be at the center and heart of the community. In the Rosalie Village, they are happily surrounded by local butchers, bakers, and other independent retailers and are committed to championing small scale artisan producers throughout their store.
