- In a large bowl combine the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and coat the spare ribs.
- Add oil to a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until tender and cooked through.
- Assemble each Bahn Mi with pate, coriander, pork, carrot, cucumber, spring onion, and fresh red chilli. Enjoy!
