  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine. Roll the mixture into 8 evenly sized rissoles.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the rissoles for 4-5 minutes or until a crust has formed before turning and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side.
  3. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes, peas, gravy, or a garden salad.
