Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with bake paper.
In a medium frying pan cook the chicken over medium heat and set aside.
In a large frying pan whisk together the milk, flour, and butter/ Keep whisking fast as the butter melts and the mixture comes to a boil. As the sauce thickens, stir in the grated cheese until melted. Add the cooked chicken and corn kernels and stir to combine.
Scoop the mixture into each vol-au-vent case, top with cheese, and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.
