Ingredients

6-8 Dutch carrots
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius
In a saucepan, cover the carrots with water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes
Drain, place on a baking tray and drizzle honey over immediately
Roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until slightly brown
Sprinke with sesame seeds and enjoy!
