Holy Guacamole!!

While this meal is perfect for sharing, you’ll want these nachos all to yourself! Heavy on the guac, this spiced-up snack-able is bursting with flavour and loaded with fresh Tomato, Lime, Onion and Avo! Garnish with our Pico de Gallo, sour-cream, and a generous twist of fresh Lime for a zesty, moreish meal that will have you hooked!

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Cut open avocados and add flesh to a large bowl, smash with a fork until desired consistency 
  • Chop chillis and add to smashed avocado 
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice into mixture  
  • Season with salt and pepper and mix again 
  • Add one layer of tortilla chips to baking dish and top with cheese. Repeat as needed, inserting additional jalapeños throughout and on top. Put into oven for 10 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and gooey
  • While the Nachos bake, dice tomato, red onion and coriander and mix together to make a Pico de Gallo salsa
  • Take nachos out of the oven, add salsa and guacamole on top, with a generous serving of sour cream 
  • Garnish with coriander and lime!
