Feeling like your toast is becoming a bit bland in the mornings? Why not whip up this delicious Peach Maple Chia Jam to boost your day!


  1. De-seed and slice peaches into small pieces (2cm thick).
  2. Add peaches and maple syrup to a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and mashing fruit every few minutes.
  4. Once the peaches are soft, turn the heat down and add Chia seeds. Mix through for around 2 minutes to combine.
  5. Pour or scoop the jam into a clean jar and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  6. Keep chilled for up to a week. Enjoy!
