- De-seed and slice peaches into small pieces (2cm thick).
- Add peaches and maple syrup to a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Cook the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and mashing fruit every few minutes.
- Once the peaches are soft, turn the heat down and add Chia seeds. Mix through for around 2 minutes to combine.
- Pour or scoop the jam into a clean jar and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Keep chilled for up to a week. Enjoy!
