  1. Cut the watermelon into 2cm thick pieces. Use the flower cookie cutter, to cut 12 flower shapes. Use the round cookie cutter to cut a circle from the centre of each flower. Cut the little rounds in half horizontally and place one half back into the hole. Top with a blueberry or raspberry.
  2. Press the raspberries, blueberries and strawberries onto the skewers then skewer the watermelon at the top to form the flower.
