We are the first to admit this Pistachio and Feta Dip is slightly addictive – and easy to make!

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, pulse the pistachios and olive oil for 30 seconds.
  2. Add feta, herbs, garlic, chilli, yoghurt, lemon juice, and zest. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and has a smooth texture.
  3. Taste to see if more salt is needed (this will depend on the type of feta you are using and your own taste preference).
  4. Serve with a warm focaccia or toasted bread, and fresh vegetables such as carrot and cucumber!
