We are the first to admit this Pistachio and Feta Dip is slightly addictive – and easy to make!
- In a blender or food processor, pulse the pistachios and olive oil for 30 seconds.
- Add feta, herbs, garlic, chilli, yoghurt, lemon juice, and zest. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and has a smooth texture.
- Taste to see if more salt is needed (this will depend on the type of feta you are using and your own taste preference).
- Serve with a warm focaccia or toasted bread, and fresh vegetables such as carrot and cucumber!
