Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Cutsomeradishesintoquartersandsomeinto thin coins.
  3. Layout on a baking tray, sprinkle with garlic, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the radishes softened.
  5. Spread baguette slices with pesto. Top with radishes, feta and fresh chives.
