Dive into the flavors of our Sweet Chilli Philly Blended Beef Burger, a perfect blend of juicy beef, mushrooms, and spices topped with cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes, this burger is sure to impress at any meal!

1. Preheat the oven to 160℃ and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Place the grated mushrooms, mince, egg, onion flakes and seasoning in a
large bowl. Mix to combine then divide the mixture into quarters and shape
into patties.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan or griddle pan over
medium-high heat. Cook the patties, two at a time for 3-4 minutes on each
side. Remove from the pan and set aside on the prepared tray. Repeat
with the remaining oil and blended patties. Transfer the patties to the oven
to keep warm.

4. Place the burger buns in the oven for 2-3 minutes to warm.

5. To assemble the burgers, place lettuce on the base of each bun. Top with
the blended pattie then top with cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce
