Ingredients
- 250g Qukes® baby cucumbers
- 200g Petite Tomatoes™
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 1/2 avocado, mashed (mayonnaise can be used)
- 4 pieces crispbread
- 2 tbsp seeds of choice (pepita, sesame or sunflower seeds)
- 2 tbsp sour cream or spreadable ricotta
- 175g Minicaps® baby capsicums
- Tortilla chips
- Little Gem® bananas
- Melted dark chocolate (or chocolate syrup)
- 1/2 tbsp flaked almonds (or nuts of choice)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut
- Fresh fruit: Perfection berries, orange wedges, Calypso® mangoes, Perfection grapes
- 2 tbsp trail mix
- 1 cup Greek-style yoghurt
Method

Place Qukes® baby cucumbers and Petite™ Tomatoes in a small bowl.

Smash soft-boiled egg with a little avocado or mayonnaise and spread onto crispbread. Top with sliced Qukes® baby cucumbers and pepita, sesame or sunflower seeds.

Mash avocado with sour cream or spreadable ricotta and spoon into a bowl. Serve with Qukes® baby cumbers, Perfection Minicaps® baby capsicums and baked tortilla strips.

Peel and halve Perfection Little Gem Bananas®. Spread the cut surface with melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and coconut (high in omega 3) and allow to set.

Place fresh fruit of choice such as orange wedges, Perfection Berries, or Calypso® mango.

Spoon Greek-style yoghurt into a bowl. Top with sliced Little Gem® Banana, Perfection Strawberries®, Autumn Crisp® grapes and Adora® Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.

Make a bowl of your own healthy trail mix with almonds, walnuts, pepitas, sunflower seeds, raisins, and dried mango.
