Method

  1. To make the meatballs, combine mushrooms, chicken mince, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Mix to combine then roll into meatballs.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook meatballs for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add teriyaki ingredients to the pan. Stir to combine. Bring to the boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes
  4. Return the meatballs and any juices to the pan and simmer for a further 4-5 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve on a bed of cooked rice, steamed broccoli and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
