Ingredients

2 Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit
400 g acai pulp
2 tsp honey
6 tbsp granola
2 tsp sunflower seed
2 tsp pumpkin seed
2 tsp almond nib
2 tsp toasted coconut flakes

Method

Peel 1 Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit and blend it together with the acai pulp.
Add in honey and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients and the remaining Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwifruit.
