We love cheesecake so much that we had to throw something together for a healthier take for breakfast! Add Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit to your mornings with this simple recipe!

Ingredients

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp cream cheese
Zest of ½ a lemon
1 slice of seeded bread, toasted
1 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, sliced
Raspberries & blueberries

Method

In a small bowl, stir together the yoghurt, cream cheese, and lemon zest.
Spread the yoghurt mixture on the piece of toast and then top with the sliced Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit and berries.
