As we near the end of February and inch closer to cooler weather, there is an abundance of both summer and new-season Autumn fruits in season now at your local fruit and veg shop. As the seasons change, we say goodbye to some things for another year and look forward to creating new recipes with seasonal fruit and veg to nourish ourselves and our families.
