  1. Combine mince, onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix well.
  2. With damp hands, divide the meat into 8 equal pieces and shape accordingly.
  3. Preheat ½ tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook in batches, turning to brown evenly all over.
  4. Combine carrots and cabbage and place on a large serving plate. Add the koftas on top of the slaw and top with greek yogurt.
