Roasting, dicing and slicing pumpkins is delicious – but have you tried pumpkin juice before? Using butternut pumpkins from your local fruit and veg shop, you simply must try this one!

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and allow it to come to a boil. Reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 more minutes until the juice begins to thicken.
  2. Allow juice to cool slightly, before placing in the fridge until you’re ready to drink it. Alternatively this is also delicious when served hot.
