Looking for something easy but packed with flavour as a simple side-dish for dinner? This recipe is quick to prepare, and is loaded with essential nutrients from Broccolini®.

Method

  1. Pour enough water into a wok or frying pan so it’s 2-3cm deep. Place a steamer basket over the top and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add Broccolini® to the steamer basket.
  3. Cover and steam, in batches, if necessary, for 3-4 minutes, until bright green and just tender when tested with a skewer.
  4. While the Broccolini® is steaming, combine all the dressing ingredients together.
  5. Place the Broccolini® onto a serving plate, spoon over the dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
