Homemade Apple Jam! Something about homemade jam that just tastes so good! Try our Apple Jam on your morning toast, or add it to your favourite baked dish!

Method

  1. In a large saucepan add apples, caster sugar, 350ml of water and bring to a simmer. Stirring regularly for 30 minutes until the apples have collapsed.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  3. Divide between clean, sterilised jars.
