Say hello to our Banh Mi.
Full to the brim with fresh cucumber, carrot, coriander and spring onion, it’s a lunch you’ll keep coming back to in future to feed the whole family!

Method

  1. Spread 1 ½ tbsp of pate on one side of each roll, then 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise on the other side.
  2. Place the sliced pork, then cucumber, then spring onion. Next, add in the grated carrot and chopped coriander.
  3. Sprinkle with the fresh chopped chilli, if using, then close the sandwiches and enjoy!
