- In a saucepan, gently warm the blueberries together with the icing sugar and lemon juice until a glossy dark blue consistency
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth
- Transfer the cream cheese mix to a serving dish and when cool, fold through the blueberry mix, trying not to combine it too much.
