Looking for a sweet afternoon treat? Look no more! Our new Blueberry & Lemon Cheesecake Dip is sure to hit the spot. Made using fresh Blueberries from your local Fruit and Veg shop, it’s a sweet, creamy dip waiting to be shared!

Method

  1. In a saucepan, gently warm the blueberries together with the icing sugar and lemon juice until a glossy dark blue consistency
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth
  3. Transfer the cream cheese mix to a serving dish and when cool, fold through the blueberry mix, trying not to combine it too much.
  4. Serve with your favourite sweet biscuits and fruits
