The taste of cherry cheesecake made into a healthy smoothie! A creamy blend of Greek yogurt, rolled oats, frozen cherries, and sweetener make this a deliciously satisfying smoothie for the morning. This recipe uses frozen pitted cherries, however, they can be substituted for fresh pitted cherries.


In a high powered blender, add all the ingredients in the order listed. Blend on high for 20 seconds or until a smooth consistency is reached. Serve right away.

Note: To make this a totally dairy free recipe, replace the Greek yogurt with dairy-free yogurt or full fat coconut milk.
