Fruit salad just got a whole lot more fun! Your little ones will have heaps of fun helping make these Choc Dipped Fruit Filled Cones.

Ingredients

6 waffle ice cream cones
50g dark chocolate
Sprinkles
Desiccated coconut
Fresh fruit (we used strawberries, blueberries, banana, rockmelon & pomegranate)
Mint leaves, for garnish

Method

In a microwave, melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals until it is fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into a small, yet deep bowl.
Dip each waffle cone into the melted chocolate, then dip into the sprinkles or desiccated coconut.
Fill each of the choc dipped cones with freshly cut fruit of your choice. We used strawberries, blueberries, banana, rockmelon & pomegranate, then garnished with fresh mint leaves.
