Are you anti-salad? … Not anymore! Our DIY Veggie & Fruit Salad Jars are sure to get you excited about salads! Below you’ll find three of our favourite jar recipes!

Method

1. If using, add the dressing into the jar first.
2. Then add crisp ingredients such as cucumbers, red onion, celery and/or carrots into the jar.
3. Next up, you should add ingredients that shouldn’t swim in dressing, but it’s not the end of the world if they do. Some ideas include things like mushroom, zucchini, beans and corn.
4. What next? More delicate ingredients such as hard-boiled eggs and cheeses.
5. Add in rice, pasta, quinoa or couscous next.
6. Finally, top the jar with nuts and greens such as lettuce and spinach.
7. When serving, tip the contents of the jar upside down into a serving bowl and enjoy!
