Ginger & Pear… what a pair! Say hello to our newest drink recipe which features these humble produce items – our Ginger Pear Snap!


  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, water and ginger. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring, until the honey dissolves.
  2. Remove mixture from heat and set aside to steep for 20 mins. Strain into a container, discarding the ginger, and cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Combine the bourbon, pear juice, lemon and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  4. Pour cocktail over ice in two glasses and top with a generous dash of ginger ale. Garnish with pear slices, a lemon wedge and a few pieces of crystallized ginger on a skewer.
