It’s National Pancake Day! To celebrate this wonderful day filled with golden brown deliciousness, we’re sharing our secret Healthy Pancake recipe! 3 ingredients… that’s all it takes to make these scrumptious pancakes!
- Place the seedless grapes in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth
- Pass through a colander or coarse sieve to obtain the juice
- Combine the grape juice with the lemonade, ginger ale and lemon juice
- Place in a large jug or punch bowl with lots of ice
- Stir in the lemon slices and the red and green grapes
- Serve well chilled
