Let’s bring a little spice into the kitchen, shall we? We’ve put together a grilled Mexican corn cob that’ll only take you 20 minutes!
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, coriander, paprika, lime zest and juice. Set aside.
- To grill the corn, place it directly onto grill grates. Grill the corn for 3 minutes until they look charred. Turnover and repeat.
- Using a brush or spoon, coat each corn with the cream mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
