This recipe serves 4 hungry adults.

The Star of the Show: Grilled Salmon with Ginger & Miso.

The Perfect Partner: Kohlrabi & Fennel Salad with Soy Caramel Drizzle. 

Method

  1. Marinade Magic: In a bowl, combine the Miso & Ginger Marinade with the chopped coriander. This is your flavour bomb! Reserve a portion of the marinade for serving.
  2. Salmon Soak: Gently coat the salmon with the marinade. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes while you prep the salad – this allows the Flavors to really penetrate
  3. Grill Master (or Oven Ace!):
    Grill: Place the salmon on a preheated grill over medium-high heat. Sear both sides to achieve a beautiful colour. Then, move the salmon to a cooler part of the grill to finish cooking and rest for 5 minutes.
    Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Plate It Up: Get ready to impress!
