These 6 ingredient Healthy Muesli Bars are the best kind of treat! With oats, cranberries, dates, walnuts, and honey and peanut butter to bind it all together, these are the ultimate lunch box snack!

Method

  1. Line a baking tray or pan with baking paper.
  2. Finely chop the dates or process in a food processor.
  3. Place the dates, oats, walnuts and dried cranberries in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add in the melted honey and peanut butter and stir to combine.
  5. Press mixture into the prepared pan and press into an even, compact layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden.
  6. Remove from the pan, transfer to a cutting board, and slice into bars.
