This creamy chilled drink from India is yogurt-based and features fresh mango and a pinch of cardamom. This recipe is naturally sweetened with honey, however, you can use maple or agave syrup, or 3 tbsp of granulated sugar to replace the honey.
1. In a blender container, add the ingredients in the order listed. Process on high until the mixture is smooth and even. Serve right away.
Note: If you don’t have crushed ice, you can alternatively use frozen mango instead of fresh. You can also make this recipe without any ice if you prefer.
