Summer
A refreshing cool drink on a hot summer day. Make a jug ready for the kids coming home from school – they will be so happy with this sweet (but healthy!) cool treat.
Ingredients
Method
- Using a blender, blend Seedless Watermelon, raspberries and water until smooth.
- Strain fruit blend through a fine mesh strainer and transfer to pitcher. Stir in sugar and lemon juice until the sugar dissolves.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about one hour.
- Stir briskly before serving.
