Nothing says Winter quite like a slow cooked dish! This Slow Cooker Beef Casserole will be a hit with the adults AND the kids this chilly season!


  1. Add the onion, celery, carrots, bay and thyme to the slow cooker. Then add in the boiling water, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Crumble over the stock cubes or add in the stock pots and stir. Stir in the paprika if using and season with pepper. 
  2. Add diced beef to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. 
  3. Serve with mashed potato, if desired.
