Before you dive in to all the treats and goodies on Christmas day, how about you start your day with this healthy smoothie bowl to get you going.

This bowl has all the flavours of summer while also being super good for you! Packed full of vitamins and minerals along with healthy fats it is a sure way to give you the energy you will need for all the on goings of Christmas day!

This breakfast bowl is not just for the health conscious, we guarantee you even the fussiest of eaters are going to like this. It is also super versatile, feel free to add in any of your other favourite summer time fruits and top with your favourite toppings. Choice from our suggestions below or come up with your own concoctions, however you serve it just be sure to add a splash of green and red in order to add some Christmas cheer!


  1. Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients in to a high speed blender or food processor, preferably with a metal blade.
  2. Blitz on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth, scrape down sides during process if needed. Add a little extra coconut water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Divide among serving bowls and decorate with toppings of choice. Make sure you use bright berries or even goji berries to make this smoothie bowl sing with Christmas cheer!
