The Blend: Beef and Mushroom Blended Tacos

Ingredients

• 350g flat mushrooms, finely diced
• 150g beef mince
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• ¼ cup water
• 10 hard or soft taco shells
• 4 cos lettuce leaves, shredded
• 1 avocado, diced
• ½ Spanish onion, finely diced
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• 1 tomato, diced
• ¾ cup grated tasty cheese
• ¼ cup sour cream
• Coriander, to serve
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
• ¼ tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp salt
