Some vegetarian sushi will keep your little one running around the school yard. Opt for some homemade sushi rather than store bought! 🍱


  1. Make the sushi rice according to packet instructions. Once finished, fluff with a fork.
  2. To assemble the sushi rolls, place a small bowl of water and a tea towel near your work area. Place one nori sheet, glossy side down onto a bamboo mat. Press a handful of rice towards the bottom of the nori sheet. Place your toppings on top of the rice.  Once rolled, use the bamboo mat to gently press and shape the roll. Repeat with remaining rolls.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut the sushi and clean the knife between cuts. Top with sesame seeds.
