It’s hard to beat these bliss balls for a summer afternoon snack. The apricots are in full swing and so it’s the perfect time to throw together these delicious little balls.


  1. Gather all ingredients and combine the apricots, nuts, oil, cinnamon, salt and syrup in a food processor or blender. Blitz the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into little balls, one tablespoon at a time. Or make them chunkier to your preference. Roll the balls to cover them in the shredded coconut.
  3. Place the balls at a small gap from each other on a baking tray or plate lined with baking paper. Place them in the fridge or freezer to firm up.
