Asparagus and Rocket Pesto

Fresh, healthy and easy to make!  You will be asked for the recipe at your next party or BBQ.  Serve with an assortment of cut vegetables – colourful and healthy.

Method

  1. Using a blender or food mill, process the pesto ingredients until desired consistency.
  2. Serve with baby carrots and lengths of Lebanese cucumber.
