This dessert is going to be the easiest dessert you will ever make. Consisting of only four ingredients and taking no time at all to make, even the most basic cooks are going to get this one right! You will love the creamy texture this “nice cream” offers, and will definitely taste just as good as a wicked frozen yogurt or soft serve ice cream. If you like, take it up a notch by folding through some shaved chocolate and a drizzle of almond butter just before serving….. ENJOY!

- Add all the ingredients in to a food processor and blitz on the highest speed for 30 – 60 seconds (scraping down sides as you go), until all ingredients come together and you have a nice and creamy “nice-cream”.
- Feel free to top with your favourite toppings such as sliced bananas, fresh berries, shredded coconut or crushed nuts.
