- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the milk and ice depending on how thick you want your smoothie consistency to be.
- Top with your favourite toppings and serve immediately! Here is what we topped ours with: sliced banana, sliced strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, white and black chia seeds and peanut butter.
