- In a food processor, combine spring onions, coriander and garlic; process until finely chopped.
- Add the flesh of avocado and process until smooth.
- Add yoghurt, buttermilk, 1/4 cup water, lime juice, curry powder and paprika to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until well chilled.
