The only thing dark and stormy about our new Dark & Stormy cocktail is its beautiful deep colour. Get mixing to toast to the end of a great week!
Ingredients
Method
- Add ice to a glass.
- Pour lime juice and ginger beer over the ice. Slowly pour the rum down the side of the glass so the rum settles on the bottom, creating a beautiful gradient.
- Serve with a slice of lime.
- Note: Feel free to use a dark cordial (i.e. cola) to replace the dark rum for a non-alcohol option.
