It’s the weekend, so that means only one thing! Cocktail o’clock! ⏰ Whether you want to add alcohol or not, this Apple & Lemongrass Cider is our favourite this week.
This beauty is our brand new Grapefruit & Sage Paloma – a heavenly blend of two delightful flavours. Pick up the grapefruit, lemons, and sage from your local fruit and veg shop and get mixing!
- Pour roughly 2 tbsp of coarse salt on a small plate. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the cocktail glasses, then coat the rim with the salt by turning the glass upside down into the salt.
- In a cocktail shaker, add ½ cup of ice, grapefruit and lemon juice, brown sugar, and tequila or gin, if using. Add lid and shake well, until the cocktail shaker is ice cold.
- Fill up the two cocktail glasses with ice and pour an even amount of the mixture into each glass.
- Top each glass with a splash of the grapefruit soda and garnish with sage leaves and dehydrated citrus!
