Sweet, spicy and full of flavour, these Honey Sriracha Glazed Meatballs take less than 30 minutes to make and are a great option for meal prepping, school or work lunches!

We recommend serving them on a bed of steamed rice or salad.

Method

  1. Wash rice and add to 4 cups of water. Simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add your meatballs to brown. Meanwhile, add sriracha, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil into a ball and mix.
  3. Once the meatballs are cooked coat them in the sauce.
  4. Grate carrots, wash baby spinach and chop spring onions at an angle.
  5. Add your cooked rice, meatballs and veggies into a microwavable safe container. Top with spring onions and sesame seeds.
